FAQ

What fees apply?

Each send includes a flat $1 ExpressPay fee. A $2 escrow fee applies only if the recipient is not registered or cannot receive funds directly. Standard blockchain network fees may also apply depending on the selected asset and network.

How much needs to be in my wallet?

Your wallet must contain enough of the selected asset to cover the send amount, applicable ExpressPay fees, and estimated blockchain network fees at the time of send.

How does delivery work?

If the recipient has a valid, compatible wallet, funds are delivered instantly. Otherwise, funds are securely escrowed and the recipient is notified by email with instructions to claim.

What happens if the recipient doesn’t claim?

We continue notifying the recipient during the claim period. If funds remain unclaimed, they are automatically returned to the sender after 7 days.

Can I cancel a send?

Yes. If a recipient has not yet claimed escrowed funds, the sender may cancel the send at any time during the claim window.

How is escrow secured?

Escrowed funds are managed using secure, automated on-chain mechanisms designed to enforce delivery or return conditions without manual intervention.
